Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes! I provide all eco-friendly, non-toxic products and supplies. You don’t need to worry about stocking anything unless you have a preferred product, you’d like us to use.
Do you use natural cleaning products?
Absolutely. Every product we use is safe for families and the environment while still delivering a sparkling clean.
How do you set pricing?
My pricing is based on the square footage of your home and the type of cleaning (regular vs. deep). Add-ons and home condition may increase the final rate. We’ll always confirm your quote before service.
Is there a minimum fee for booking?
Yes, we require a $250 minimum booking fee for all cleaning services.
Do you offer laundry or bedding changes?
Yes! Laundry and bedding changes can be added on to any service for an additional fee. Many families love this option because it makes their home feel completely refreshed.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred day and time, especially for deep cleans and move-outs.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No, you don’t need to be home as long as we have safe access. Many clients provide a code, key, or lockbox.
What about pets?
For everyone’s safety and comfort, I ask that pets are crated or kept outside during your scheduled cleaning. This ensures we can work efficiently without stress for your animals or myself.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. I ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, I accept Venmo, Zelle, QuickBooks payment (with 3% credit card fee), or cash.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
I understand things come up! I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations will be subject to loss of deposit.
Do you offer one-time cleanings?
Yes! One-time and seasonal cleanings are always booked as deep cleans.
Do you offer organization services too?
Yes! I help with pantries, closets, playrooms, garages, and more. Organization services are quoted separately.
